Best description ever!! The "coconut" noise is unnerving to newly acquainted M923A1 owner!

I know this is an old thread but for the newbies like me it may help. I just had this same problem. I took it all apart and cleaned it up and it works perfect again. No replacement was needed! It was just gunked up a little bit but the plastic seat wouldn't take much to stick open.

Fixed headlights and tail lights. Mechanic buddy rehabbed the air dryer.

Got it, found'em, fixed it !

Good news....the switch was loose!!! Victory!... Bad news... Now when I hit my dim/ bright button one headlight does the opposite of the other!!

Sorry, M923A1. I am sure I am using the switch correctly with the lock lever etc....

So my new trucks headlights and taillights won't come on. the running lights, blinkers, emergency flashers etc... all function but I can't get the lights on. Anybody else run into this problem to give me a headstart? Thanks! This is the weekend project.
