    spare gas can

On a side note. I leave my jerrycans full of WMO when they are on my truck. That way if some jacks it and dumps it in there rig....hopefully it will fudge if all up. And the deuce likes WMO the same as diesel.

    M35A2, What fuel to use?

My Hydraulic head just went bad, I'm assuming to my random fuel uses. 1700 gallons of Freeish and questionable fuel vs. 350dollar part. Still came out way ahead.

    M35A2, What fuel to use?

Spend 200to bucks on a good filtering system and get WMO. first tank of fuel pays for the filtering system. Can be a pain, but its oh so worth it. Also, pretty much if it burns it goes in the tank.

2011 Western WA Dec. Rally, Graham, WA

That's a little fast for my blood. I'm more for the 50mph range. But unless I get some oil to today, I may just bring a civy rig again.

    Hydraulic head issues...

I bought a new one off of Floridianson. Have yet to install yet, but it was a NIB. I'd pm him. He was the cheapest for a new one I could find and was a pleasure doing business with.

More Power From NHC 250 in M939 Series Trucks With Allison Transmissions

:driver:I'd add a Turbo. The more air you cram into a diesel the more power you can get. I'm sure ya knowing this but, a diesel engine is just a massive air pump. The easier it is to get the air in and out again the more power/mpgs its going to have. There is a maximum the engine can handle, but...

    Pinion Brakes

Remember the pinions are spining 6.72 times faster then the wheels. That's alot more inertia to try and slow down. Also your going from 2 massive drum brakes to one smaller disc per axle. Also if for some reason an axle shaft breaks, or a pinion strips out, you loose all ability to apply the...

Battleship Expo-Richmond, CA Starts Dec. 9-11 with MV Displays

I remember seeing the USS Missouri when she stopped in Oregon on the way to Pearl Harbor. Something I will never forget and I can tell ya if ya have the chance to see one of these ships in person, DO IT. You will not regret it.

    Towing a deuce??

If ya got a stout enough trailer to handle the weight, I'd say go for it. The only real difference between a srw 1ton and 3/4ton are the springs. Having towed a 48ft toyhauler with a srw f350 over 4500miles grossing around 29klbs. It did help the trailer was a quad axle with hydraulic disks...
