Wow, that is one amazing machine. A good friend of mine owns an M114, but we always talk about getting a main battle tank someday! Working on one seems like one huge hurtle for anyone less than the employer of a small army.

Started off with fencing on my M931-A2's cut down bed.... Swapped out the fencing for a modified set of troop seats......

Why did some of the trucks which claimed to be newer still have the older 6.2?

A military collector buddy and I were watching the auction today, shaking our heads. You can buy registered, tagged, HMMWVs for most of those prices. We're really hoping that with so many more to be sold, the "newness" of the auction frenzy will eventually die down, and the prices will come down...

Yep, I've switched between tanks while running, and when the engine has been off. No issues.

The valve on my truck works fine, and I switch between tanks with every other fill up. Are they really that prone to failure?

Foam tape, with a peel off sticker back, worked well on my truck. It stopped annoying wind whistle, and water intrusion.

Also got this awesome shot from someone who spotted it in a parade this summer.

Still driving my truck every day. Used it to pick up some ammo cans a few days ago too.

My M931 A2

My M931 A2 did this the other day. I must have bumped the transfer case lever with my boot. After cycling the transfer case up and down several times (with the truck off), it cured the issue.

Correct, they built it for my gun shop. They do some amazing work.
