As others have said, use the part numbers in the TM and search for those parts on Mac Motors, Kascar, Hummer Parts Guy, and the auction site. Be prepared to spend a lot and order from multiple vendors as none will have all of the parts. I just picked up my mostly complete kit last week and still...
The headliner part #'s can be found on page 976 of the TM It lists the 4 pieces even though there should be 5. It does not show the small piece that goes between the front part of the turret support.
Use the part numbers and search on Kascar or MacMotors.

I am interested in finding new headliner. Seems that Mac Motors and Kascar has 3 of the 4 pieces instock at all times, but 1 piece seems priced really high compared to the others.
The part number from the TM is 12340334 and as others have said it is not cheap. There are also a ton of other parts that go along with it. 86humv is right about the one on ebay as it is the cheapest option out there at $1500. If you price it at Macmotors or Kascar, you will find the part is...

I would be very interested as the current Red Dot systems seem to take up a lot of space in the vehicle, but seem to be very easy to install. I like the look of the one that usedh1 installed on the slantback they sold, it was small http://www.usedh1.com/hmmwv-slant-back-complete-restoration/...
Vic 3 is only compatible with Vic 3, no mixing and matching with older systems. It is pretty much plug and play once you get all of the cables which seem plentiful right now. The hardest parts is finding the control station and crew stations. There are also 2 versions of the Vic 3, one is called...
I would go with the real thing if you can, think of it as in extra investment. As for an M2 or M3, JNC is good and as is CWA. Or as Lawdog said you can go with a Barret M82, or even the new semi FN 249s. I am leaning towards the semi FN249s at its cheaper to feed.
