I don't know about MO but in IL the original purchaser has to get the SF97 and a title before they can sell it. Good luck.

Take the time to flip the hubs. Less than a couple of hors work if everything looks good. They are heavy so watch out.

That's too much for me and I get to drive the pink one.

I use mine at work for public awareness and to be the biggest truck in the parades. They do draw attention to a cause.
