I was wondering the same thing wsucougarx I've never had the opportunity to see windshield wipers with a delay before on a Deuce. Sure looks like a good option in my books if such is the case.
We use muriatic acid at work to remove blueing from steel. We just use a water and baking soda mixture to rinse off the parts than rub them down with oil after they have dried. Seems to work fine.

When the headlights are on the running lights should be off. While using your headlights the front running lights/marker lights should only operate as turn signals.
