In the fuse box there are three screw terminals on left side that should be live with the master switch on. From there near the spare tire is an anti reverse power boxbox. Then to the batteries. Next fault back test from there.

I was able to find the SC1000 on Amazon. It is listed as a sound deadening high build paint. Did you use any paint on product that is designed to reject the heat?
I see mentions of spray guns. Did you use a HVLP or just simple air gun? Can the product be brushed rolled on?
In another thread...
I could not find any product called fire foam on google. I plan on using "great stuff". I'm concerned that I might want to run wiring through those spaces but I may opt for surface wiring hidden in a cosmetic duct so it's easier to repair and upgrade in the future.
Inside my doors there is...
That's quite a recipe.
What kind of heat paint did you use?
For the top layer of vinyl. How did you contour the hump? Did you overlap and glue it?
Did you fill the voids in the ceiling pillar with foam or other insulation?
Did you do anything to the inside of the doors? If so how does the...
I suspect that the tank being on top of the transmission near the engine does heat up a bit (I hope) and I'm hoping that moisture boils off as it comes to temp. (wishful thinking). I suspect that you should change all the fluid once in a while to ensure the moisture leaves the system.

I have personally torn down and refreshed the seals in the cab tilt latch. Here is my advice. YMMV.
Tilt the cab full open so it sits stable.
disconnect the hydraulic line from the cab tilt latch (some dribble there)
unbolt the latch entirely (4 bolts)
Take it into your garage and take it...
I figured out you can by hydraulic oil by the gallon and 5 gallon pail. I just added some to bring the level back up. I'm not going to buy any special fluids unless it's required. It's actually novel to be able to buy fluids anywhere.
On the diagram Part 39 I was able to find a "guide ring kit" which has 2 seals and 2 guide rings and a snap ring. That looks like worth replacing. There is another part 61 "bushing sleeve". Is that what you are talking about?
Looking under the vehicle the tire itself has oil on it. The king pin area is wet. Everything we can see up in that area is we as well.
Since I will be taking that whole assembly apart are there any additional seals I should order and replace in case I guessed wrong?
I'm going to spray a ceramic coating on the engine facing side. On the inside of the cab insulate and sound deaden with butle rubber.

I have a leak out of what appears to be my front axle seal on the passenger side. I have found the seal itself and it's on order. Are there any other seals I should order in preparation for the repair? A friend said that most hubs have a paper seal but I see none in the TM.
yeah that's it exactly! Thanks.
I was also thinking about enlarging and replacing the hole with a "pressure compensating device"
something like

We use them on our products to normalize the...
I remember on some car seeing a drain that looked like a funnel mad out of rubber with a pinch point. If I can figure out who makes them I will add one to make the box drain.
After some rain my toolbox is now wet inside. I did notice that it is rusting quite a bit. I see in the top left hand corner there is a small vent hole. Has anyone tackled this repair yet?
I was able to swap the rope. Here is the procedure:
Recommended tools:
- air chissel
- kroil penetrating oil
- 3/8 extension
- clean ground you will be under the truck
- new zerk fittings
- razer blade or wire wheel to clean axles
Locate the roller on the rear of the truck. The rightmost...
