Will driving it with a shake hurt it?

Front wheels have weights... Tires are "new"... still have tits and stickers on them... Air pressure @ 45 on each front tire.. Balance them how? Truck tire shop? Truck has CTIS on all wheels.. CTIS does not power up .. Hurt to drive it till I can get the shake out? Thanks...

Change from oil to Dextorn in tranny thoughts? My A3 has 15,000 miles..shifts fine... I have filters to change ... curious to stay with 10wt oil ot go to Dextron III.... Thanks....
