One generator ran well for a week. Then phase 1 got out of synch with the other two phases. Double. Phase 1 is 214, b and c are 107.
I swapped out a good voltage regulator. No change. Sometimes it will fix itself. Any ideas?

My 'mouse' no longer works. Will replacing the screen fix this?
Or do the controls need to be swapped?
I have a non working generator with a working screen and mouse.

Its a 24v system. So just jump the batteries to the generator next to it? Might have to try this. We just run 1 at a time.
Anyway, swapping out the voltage regulator fixed the problem.

There's a plug marked parallel. To connect multiple generators. Allows us to swap generators without power outage.
What are calling a slave?

Slave? The parallel cable seemed to be part of the problem. I replaced the voltage regulator. Then got a voltage detection error. I unhooked the parallel cable and it has been running for days.

When I start the generator (normal procedure), it fires up and the screen immediately goes blank and dies. Seems like this has happened before. Holding the start knob in the start position does no good. It ends up grinding the starter.

Well, the guy that set up our system used hydric hose. Found out diesel dissolves this hose. Replaced with diesel line and all is well.

Need to replace an oil hose and have to take the top cover off to do it. Whats the procedure? Looks likec100 bolts need to come off. And I need to get to the top of the engine. So, its not just the top cover, there's a second "layer" that has to come off.

I have a leaking oil hose shown. I can get the bottom nut off. Looks like I have to take the top off to get to the top nut. Is there an easier way to get to this top nut?
I'll get someone to measure at the CIMs, but.... We've had them balanced and we have not added anything that would change this dramatically. Plus the other machines run fine - as well as rentals we've used recently. So, I don't think it's unbalanced. But I'll check.
I did change out the...
I need to do this. Need to know how first. Ha!
I do hear the ticking sound when it's powered up. The fuel guage display on the generator works. So, something is measuring fuel in the tank.
So, the dipstick and pump are not talking? Guess I need to pull out the schematics to figure out where...
I'd pay for your trip and overnight stay nearby. It's beautiful up here! If it works out, I'd have you come up quarterly to check on things. Hoping you have had experience networking these as well. We have them networked with no problems as of right now.
I'm powering my shop which draws between 18kw and 30kw.
I have three generators. One is running fine. This one is the only that has the low voltage error. The three are in parallel and connected with the army cables. We have looked at the power draw and they were similar last we checked...
Not sure what you mean. It's 30kw and when I get the undervoltage error, the generator runs, but does not produce electricity. Like someone opened the circuit.
