He doesn't have the winch anymore, and what's left on the truck I'm keeping because I'll be replacing the winch eventually. Right now they're running almost as much as I paid for the truck. :oops: They actually unbolted the winch, but then torched the pto shaft at both ends.

:evil: I actually won the winch in a coin toss and let a guy 'use' it for a bit. He sold it within 2 weeks for $200 and now it doesn't look like I'll even be able to buy it back.

Any pictures of how you're actually mounting them up? I've never had to mount a big rig style tire so I don't have a clue. :confused: Just simple tire spoons and a big hammer or are these things so tough you guys are using machines for big rigs of some sorts?
