HI Guys,
On a WC62 (1944) there are 3 raised slabs of metal on the windshield with two threaded holes on each, I assume this is for the carbine holder ? How does it fit on there and which way round does it go ????
Thanks
That sounds great, Please beare with me on this, I live in England so I'm trying to sort this out form the otherside of the pond. I will get some more information from the museum and see if anyone can contact them direct and sort something ???
Thanks
Hi guys,
I have been contacted by a museum in Iowa who is looking for 900 x 20 NDT can anyone tell me of any dealers close to that location ???
What is the normal price for that size tire ???
Thanks
Can anyone help on here with my question before I have to go and join another forum just for one question. I would rather not cos i have enough trouble remembering all the passwords to all the forums anyway :-D
Hi Guys,
Can anyone tell me what the correct type of dataplate should be fitted to a WC62, brass or silver ???? Does anyone have a picture of a dash with them all in place so i can see whats missing ????
Thanks
I have contacted you in the past as well as many other people who have had problems with Marltrax and Litchfield specialsit vehicles and we have all had the same sort of treatment, ie you have been rude to people, hung up on them, called them liars, let them down, not done what you have said you...
Yes i heard alot of bad things about Marltrax and Litchfield specialist vehicles too, dont think they are around anymore as they were always to expensive and never kept there promises to customers. Had some good kit but always hard to contact. The trouble is mud sticks so if you get a bad name...
Sorry didnt see the post by 5 ton tomatoe. so the plot thickens, Ive checked my manuals and they show knob type so do you think your wrecker lever has been replaced ???
Hi Guys,
Thanks for the posts, look like I got it wrong. You learn something everyday on here. Thanks for the offers of parts but as I want to keep my truck original I'll stick with the original handbrake that's already on it.
Thanks
That sounds like a good and fair price to me, Thank you.
Ive just been told this on another forum can anyone confirm either way whats correct ???
" The 5 Ton M-Series never had the ratcheting hand brake lever from the factory, they always had the adjustable type with the knurled cap"
Thanks
