if Mass give you a hard time just "sell" it to a friend in NH, have them reg. it. Then you "buy" back that truck and take all of the NH paper work into the DMV to get your titile. your friend in NH can also get a title from NH with a little more work.
With that much rust and being a cut unit I would also say $500-1000 tops. It looks mostly like a parts rig. With the floors that badly rusted out I am sure the unibody is gone, I would be surprised if it is not.
My m38 is in Colebrook, if I ever can get it done I would like to join it. My plan is to try to get it to weare this year but I just found out I have to pull my engine and get it rebuilt again. It lost the exhaust valve, guide, and seat on the #1 cylinder.
