Dear Fellow SSer's, Changed out Glow Plugs today because I have been having poor cold starts. All Plugs looked ok and came out without any problems. Put Meter on Glow Plug while Son cycled ignition till Wait Light came on. Measured 8 vlts dc initially and increased to 10 vlts dc and then...

Replaced Glow Plugs and ran Diagnostics on GP Controller.:beer:

Just did mine like original stated and she popped off soon after fuel showed at Filter Bleed Port. :popcorn:

Been awaiting somebody to hit this subject! My O9 Top leaks from unknown location. Cannot wait to remove and replace all seals. Sounds like either classis or lmc will do? Nobody realy steering one way or other. Two guys can remove? Looks pretty heavy?:grd:

Have seen many in California in Truck Beds. Pretty sure we cannot bring through hood?

CUCV Electric corrected me today. Was looking at ICE Card. Need to dive in deeper for GP Card. Do I need to remove Instrument cluster to easily get at? :roll:

Cyclejay, I think it is a good idea to have a backup Card. Make sure it is correct Card. Have a feeling they made a change to Cards through production period. :driver: My 86 O9 has a more compact version than mainstream?

Onestar, somebody said elsewhere that the napa pump was sucky? They have been really good to me with O9? If you can dig up number that would be great. Will call my local guy tomorrow and see if he can nail it down?

Thanks saddamsnightmare! Just installed new IP and still not getting more than 15.5 mpg on Pump Diesel. Was wondering if Power Pack had something wrong with it. Feel better now. DMLII sends respectfully

Not to take away from an excellent Thread. My Wipers work well enough for this California City Slicker. The Windshield Sprayer Pump though totally lacks! Has anyone taken these Windshiled Sprayer Pumps apart to service/rebuild? Looks like a sealed unit that cannot be serviced? :deadhorse:
