Best way to do the EUC's is online. You fill in the blanks and the software won't let you make mistakes. It's on the GL website. Sale and item fills in at the proper places. Then , just print and fax/mail.

Govt. Liquidation Letters I too got letters over the last few months requiring me to fill out EUC forms for items received as old as 5 years ago. Many I no longer have or were used for parts. The bigger problem is they threatened to come and remove the items!
