If you have to ask... Lol
Are you planning to do a 12 valve /nv4500, or keep the original th400, go with a 4l80e... Then price an adapter, misc engine parts. I would budget 10 grand if you do all the work yourself.
In my experience a lot of dirt bags have been buying them in states that will let you title them. Then slap some fresh paint, fresh top kit, and doors and sell them for 20+. Without even touching the mechanical, or let alone good maintenance.
Drive a humvee for a week and you'll either love em...
whack it with a mallet.
actually don't do that. Some are like that. If you ever messed with the hemtt. The transfer case selector can be temperamental.
The low on mine (leds) don't work.
I don't feel like opening mine up to fix them, so I live with it.
It's not street driven anyways so it doesn't bother me.

Turbo 400's are one of the easiest transmissions to work on. I would find a good core casing if yours is trashed. I bet you...
You should post the link if you're that concerned.
I do not have the time to argue or discuss what ifs. The fact that it has several issues. Most cannot/will not be checked by a gp rep/contractor...
Lol doesn't sound that the item was as described with all those issues. I don't think you're familiar with these trucks.
Thanks for your limited review of a contractor's contractor...
All I can add is I hate partying with bank transfer. You have no control of that money once it leaves your account. I have done several high amounts through the credit card claims due to auction houses that are less honest. You get the $$$ back and they come and pick up the trashed equipment.
