we have seen flood trucks up for auction before ,can these trucks be put back into good running order without a large cash being spent?And does It matter what kind of water it was flooded with?

have you had a near miss with your deuce? Mine was a woman who wanted to stop at a yard sale trouble was she didn't bother to pull off the road. she didn't leave much room to go around car coming from other direction. I am glad i wasn't too close.
If I bought that truck I would take the axels off and have it shipped home with the frame supported with blocks.I would be embarsed to have that in my yard looking like that.
