Stop water on the floor 2 man set up

Here is a photo of the underside of the bracket and the seal that is designed to work with it. If ya need two side by side it would make sense to cut the brackets in the middle on both ends that would touch to remove the small section which doesn't have the grove to accept the seal to sit under it

Stop water on the floor 2 man set up

Mlacek, on 2nd look you would need two brackets and two seals or neoprene seal of some type on the bottom. The seal that is designed for it doesn't stick on its essentially a round rope kinda seal. I'll post some photos later when I get home to show the underside.

Stop water on the floor 2 man set up

Guys I just got in the following AMG parts today to work on solving the issue of rain water from flooding the front of the truck. Part #'s are 5938744A for the aluminum bracket piece and 5939988 for the "seal-cargo Flr/back pan. My plans are to prime and paint it and attach directly to the...

    Voltage issues. Still.

I forgot the batteries were that old! But I think they were replaced once under warranty. So possibly 7 years only. The new multi meter (Klein) did the trick. The old meter was junk. I got the voltage at the regulator at 28v I was getting a smidge under 28v at the batteries.

    Voltage issues. Still.

Looks like the multi meter WAS junk at least the battery was. New battery showed I was way low on voltage setting. Turned it up to 28v but going to buy a quality tester now.

    Voltage issues. Still.

New batteries didn't fix the issues. Time for bed and to mull over what the heck the issue is. Perhaps a bad multimeter and that would be great. We shall see.

    Voltage issues. Still.

Went to O O O O'Reilley's tested the optima batteries and after 10 years and the abuse they have recently suffered they were shot. I am replacing them. They had to send a guy to another store to get a 2nd battery for me. I got a feeling this is going to fix the problem. I'll let has know.

M109 .... Fuel loss? Typo or else I'm not understanding you. Can you also suggest a decent level Meter from fluke?

    Voltage issues. Still.

Thanks Jeremy I'll hit sears tomorrow. And get all the readings and post em. I'll take the truck to work tomorrow and see how it does for a short drive.

    Voltage issues. Still.

Ah nope I haven't gotten another multimeter but that's what I'll do tomorrow. Is there a good brand that isn't outrageous in cost? No solargizer on the truck. Batteries are optimas.

    Voltage issues. Still.

Here is what I've got going. The truck is all back together and I'm getting 30v off the top of the atl. The voltage gauge is showing in the yellow. All lights work just fine as does wiper motor. Battery voltage is about 32v. I don't recall the volts per battery at this moment but I'm trying to...

    Atl. bracket question need advise..broke

All back together. Working good. Except I've got 30volts at the alt. The voltage guage is in the yellow. Could bad batteries cause this issue?

    Atl. bracket question need advise..broke

In the TM FOR INSTALLING the PS pump it doesn't list torques for the three main bolts. Anyone know em?

    Atl. bracket question need advise..broke

Ya know I was thinking that bolt length might be the only different. Thanks for checking into that. So steel and aluminum works for 60amp as long as the bolt is changed out and yes that rear bolt is a pain!

    Atl. bracket question need advise..broke

That would be a good bit of info to know in the future if you have time to try and put a 60amp on the steel bracket.

    Atl. bracket question need advise..broke

Blue hose is good. Not too old. Thanks tho glass. I got the old pulley off and new bracket on the PS pump and pulley back on with that install tool. I was able to set a small nut inside the center of the pulleys shaft and use a three jaw puller to remove. Then added another nut as I made further...
