    I am trying to start my project vehicle, white scout car, and I am wondering if I need to prime the fuel pump as this is the ifirst time I have had fuel in the tanks. The pump is not passing fuel to the carb. Motor fires if I pour gas into the carb. Is there a process to prime the pump? Thanks,
