Another thing to add, technique. Yes, shake the cans really well. To avoid the "striping", overlap your passes 2/3rds. Meaning, watch the spray pattern ( the fan) as its coming out of the can on to the surface your painting. And as you make the next pass coming back, overlap the previous by...
