I saw this Deuce in Rome GA today, it's on GA Hwy 20 at a 4x4 shop.
They also had a Unimog, but couldn't spare any time to really look them over. Looks pretty nice - they had a chain around the pedals and steering column, so I assume it runs....
Anybody here own it?
I saw this UNIMOG in Rome Georgia today parked at a 4x4 shop on Ga Hwy 20. Looked nice from a distance...but couldn't spare more than 5 minutes to snap these and had to go.
They also had a Deuce, so I'll post pics of it also.

Maybe I should ask him this question:
"Dear seller, I thought M35A2s had a 6 cylinder engine, instead of an 8 cylinder. Can you double check this by counting the spark plug wires and let me know? Thanks!"
Wonder how long he would look for them before giving up???
How does he have a 100%...
Well for that price you know he gave it a full safety inspection:
1) Verified that the headlight fluid is full.
2) Made sure that the rear tires are not mounted on the front wheels. That's dangerous!!! Of course as we all know, not as dangerous as having the left side tires mounted on the...
Nobody has expressed interest in coming to get this WMO in an MV, so if anyone wants it, it's yours regardless of what you drive. Just hate to dump it at the local parts store, if there is someone here that may use it.
When I was putting the list together DOT, EPA and concerns in DC were my top three threats too. Looks like they are still ahead in the voting.
Good point about the lack of interest being a threat - didn't think of that one.
I just hate to see an Iraqi Abrams "get lost" and end up in Tehran. I'm sure Iran would love to get a few for inspection or to try and copy.
I keep hearing many nations are not developing new MBTs. They plan on using the current models (Abrams, LeClerc, Challenger, Leopard II) for decades more...
devilman96 - I started to list that one, but wasn't sure how it would be taken by the members. Didn't want to ruffle any feathers....:-D
I'm am a little surprised that so far fuel isn't a higher concern. Guess everyone feels that if you want to own an MV - you're willing to pay to play.
Good idea or bad idea to sell them? :?:
