Personally i like dogheads relay conversion im with ace high why anyone would want to reuse a relay that wasnt ment to be used in the first place is beyond me ($9.99 lawnmower relay able to handle 200 amps or being on the 24 volt system 100 amps $15 bucks at Napa still a cheaper way out than...

I agree i had a near miss i tried to use the original relay and that was a time bomb waiting to happen if u dont change it when i did mine i bought my relay from napa Hooked it up and really havent had a problem starts right up i drive my m1008 everyday :]Doghead realy is a must do i bought...
i personally have to say im a very blessed individual when it comes to these trucks This is my first diesel and i love it been drivin it for a little over a year have had fun with it though i still have minor issues as im sure everyone does THANKS to The Guys and Ladies on this site STEEL...
