If you take a look at the top of the box you've got plenty of real estate, you could get at least 4 solar panels up there. that would take care of all your power needs.

I got rid of my fuse and put in a 5 amp aircraft circuit breaker. I'm considering doing a main breaker panel for all the systems just to protect things. and the nice thing about the aircraft breaker is you can see when it's tripped and reset is just a button push. Literature Results click on...

You could try replacing the plastic inserts with these: Rivnut Fasteners & Bollhoff Installation Tools, Puller EZ & Custom Rivnuts - Blind Fasteners & Inserts - Bollhoff I've used them in the past in similar installations where the nylon insert just wasn't doing the job. hope this helps

Ancor | Marinco Ancor Electrical Wire and Fittings I've been using the marine wire from ancor, it holds up great to oil, grease, fuel and UV.

I won't have to work the airshow until late so I'm probably going to jump in the jeep and meet up with Scott at 0 dark thirty. At the very least I can take pictures.

I'm out, going to be working at the airshow this weekend, besides, I haven't had the time to work on the truck and I don't want to chance it. Scott, let me know if you want to put the muffler on Friday, I'll have things ready.
