Looks like the stock fan puts out 8k cfm. It's hard to find an electric fan setup that can compete Without being ridiculously expensive... They are more of a piggyback solution.

Make sure the connectors on the batteries are tight. I'm sure the fan is another issue. make sure the connector is plugged in and that it's not setup to run continuously.

Call Iron Planet as Gov planet are ignorant with the pick ups. You should read all of the fine print, but the guarantee starts once the EUC is cleared. In my case I was a low volume lot where the GP attendant was not there until the 2 weeks had passed... Iron planet will work with you though...
