My GP truck did the same thing. Let it sit for a week then everything works as normal. I chalked it up to electrical gremlins, and left it as that.

I'm sure it can be wired for use as reverse lights. That's a good idea though! I think the hard part would be to install/source a reverse switch at the shifter... Have you figured out why you haven't had turn signals yet? I'm not sure if know, but the larger bulb is the flasher.

Check all the bulbs? I bet the bulb for the indicator is bad

According to GP wear and tear is normal for the truck. IronClad Assurance does not cover anything other then missing parts that were shown in listing, or other BS like that.
