Uh Oh,
here we go again. I was driving down the road in the middle of no where in SC, minding my own business when I see a1 on a trailer in this fellas yard.
Stop of course.
He was selling it, got it as a trade for work and was going to sell it to some rock crawler who told him the...
I am headed to the beaches of the outer banks next weekend. Thinking about bringing the mule along for some beach travel.
how do they do in lose sand? Anyone have experience driving mules on the beach?
I ran across a picture of several WWII dodges, at Huachucua, AZ, 1943 shows half inch guns mounted on the left side of the bed. The uploaded pix lacks resolution, but the gun appear to be on a standard pedistal either mounted in the driver side corner of the bed or rear part of the driver side...
MHCC had a great showing at the Greenville Veterans celebration and the opening of the WWII display at the Upstate Museum.
Had about 10 or so vehicles including Jamie Neal's scout car, my new WC, a slat grill, and MB, an M38, Jamie's 1/2ton command car, a deuce, a few others.

Hey everyone,
I have an m37 and the WC21. My dad has an m37 and a wc63. All of them are hard to start when hot. 2 issues- they dont crank as well (I think the engine is tighter when hot), and it seems it has to crank for 5 or 6 seconds before it starts to fire. All of the dodges in our...
Dad has the WC pictured. It has overheated since the day he loaded it off the truck.

Mostly done.... Took it for a test ride today. First one over a few miles. Went pretty well.
I have a few questions for anyone that has experience.

- timing is set for 2 deg atdc at idle. I am getting...
My humble opinion on markings...
I have a lot of experience with using stencils to make markings. I have tried over the years varous methods including:
Water masking
taping
die-cut masks
I have a favorite way that is quick and easy and gives decent results.
Steps
1. buy stencils from...
for all the pix I took at Evansville, I did not get a shot of an instrument panel for a half ton WC dodge.
Does anyone have a pix of the instrument panel with correct data plate placement?
Thanks

Took it for a little drive today, 45mph all is well
I have run into a real problem. My WC 21 develops a very bad shimmy above 25mph.
It had a bad tie rod end, which I replaced assuming it would solve the problem. It did not... bummer.
I jacked it up and ran it with wheels off the groung. Front right wheel has about a 1/2" hop as it...

Hi gang,
my m37 will not start after it has run for a while. Once it is warmed up, if you stop, it will not re-start.
I tried cranking without touching the gas pedal, sometimes it restarts after about 10 seconds.
seems like its flooded, but normal recovery from flooding (floored and...
progress on the wc21. Cab just about done, starting on cowl sheet metal.
anyone intested in a running list of parts I had to find and sources? Might try to keep post it as a pdf.
For anyone having trouble finding seats for your wc21? Here is what I did...
take a pair of m135 seats which seem to be easier to find. Cut out some 16g. side panels to correct shape.
The seat ends up looking about right, albeit 2" too short. Should pass all but closest inspection.
