    m880 short

    well had smoke coming out of dash for a few sec truck was still running but the amp guage quit working. So tried omitting the guage and still not charging but the alt is putting out 18.43 on the meter any thoughts? not getting to the batt.

    Hi guys im new to ss and i just bought an 884 dodge truck it runs really good but doesnt pull that great like its slipping. I guess im going to drop the trans and see whats up unless yall have any input on the problem?
