    I use Seafoam or amsoil Diesel Fuel Additive Concentrate on every fill up. I only use amsoil OE 15W-40 Synthetic Diesel Oil .

    Your best bet is just pay some one with a shop to do it. If you have dust blowing all over it well not be a good job.

    Fan clutch not engaging If it work like the ones on m35a3 when put air to it it well turn freely. Remove air and it turn. Put you a valve on the hose going to clutch. I have many buy sensor.

    You can stop it if you have hole in brake line. Now first hand, had hole in line last time I was off truck stop great. Than again I was only doing 20 mph.
