Yes this side of the country is very expensive I can find them all day back east for cheaper but I have to consider transport cost over just buying one here. Also lots more rust on that side of the country compared to this side for the most part

CA dmv has a form called the 262 that can be used if the title was signed but never put in that guys name. Im not to worried about that part more just what to look out for mechanically when buying this truck
