I'm going to be doing a recovery of a 105a2 for another guy on here and in checking everything over carefully, I found a few deficiencies I am wanting to get your opinion on.
First, the glad hand gaskets that mate with the trailer on the truck side are aged and I am wanting to replace them. Are...
I've had this happen on other trucks, and here's how I had to proceed:
1. Fluid is missing and must be going somewhere.
2. check ground and frame for leaks
3. check airpack drain for fluid (little hex on rear lower side)
4. check brake drums thru inspection access
5. remove all drums and...
Take your time and be methodical, this kind of thing is nerve-racking for some. I have had my share of uh-ohs myself, its all part of the experience. Concentrate on the simple first, follow the tms as best you can, and ask questions. You'll have this hammered out in no time.
Given that he will have multiple issues to diagnose, I figured he could find the most fitting problems to his specific issue, and decide what troubleshooting he is capable of. Give a man a fish, so on and so forth. Cheers if you would like to post the flash yourself instead. I do believe a man...
I'd check the frame ground first, then start shooting the wires with a test light and see where the power stops. TM-9-2320-365-10 section 3.2 starts the proper troubleshooting.
My truck does this as well if I turn on master power and start it straight away. I generally flip on master power, do my walk around, drain my filters, then start. I don't have a problem with it anymore.
Someone had a deuce stolen around here, the cops caught the guy that did it when he brought it into the scrap dealer cut up on the back of a gooseneck. The yard owner called law enforcement. Hope it turns out good this time.
I do it like this guy does in the video. Its super easy and linings are easy to come by. I do the additional step of leveling the lining on a drum sander, but its not really needed.

Code3 and some towing suppliers sell switch racks like those, I've got an older one laying around I picked up at a flea market for 5 bucks. Need to get on my lightbar now I have seen this.
Thanks. The color is from the fs595 standards, FSS 34094.
Home depot should be able to reproduce it from the pic of that sticker. Failing that, have them look under "competitor formulas", then "federal standards". It seems a touch darker than the standard "green 383" but it chips out just like...
Thanks. I was sketchy at first to use it , but it tested fine on my cucv-wannabe, makes it flow real nice and dry up fairly quickly. I just had to ensure it was mixed well.
Continuing where I left off,
all masking was removed and overspray taken care of by means of a damp rag and a razor. The interior of the bed was scraped down and left bare while I am considering line-x on the sides, and the traction surfaces around the fenders and cab. The actual bed floor...
