I have a "D" turbo and have driven both. If there is a difference in power it is not appreciable. I really do not like the whistling so I was thrilled to find out the truck I was buying was a D. Happy hunting.
I like this doublevision guy. Question if you had two identical deuces side by side would you see one? Just kidding but truthfully Don't get disgruntled about the assault. All that I ask is you post lots of Pics but as for me I'm a multifuel/diesel kinda guy. One of the reasons that I like...
chinookpilot 77, your were right about the punchin below the belt, I just found it funny that the champion of motorvehicle rights and engineering design only has two posts on this forum, HuH. I wonder if he is a regular with a new signon, I am sure there is a story there somewhere
Beer Good!!!!!!!!

did anybody tell the new guy that the initiation fee is beer?
OOPs I only got 21 posts, did I ever bring beer to the party?
looks custom built , a single purpose vehicle used for that once in a blue moon purpose. Are you in the crude oil country? My guess would be that it is manufactured out of drill stem. do any of the pipe ends have threads?

I did significant studies on the uparmoring of civilian vehicles when I was stationed in the phillipines. Of course this topic depends on the type of opfor rounds you want to defeat, ie 5.56mm or 7.62 mm or 50 cal. In one scenario a colonel was killed not because of armor failure but because...
Agree with earlier response, a little more grey and a tad of black. Its just me not a harsh criticism it looks great. Only problem is loosing it in the parking lot.
I know that I am kinda a newby here but I have pretty much decided on a 5 ton with the cummins. I also know that I am kinda late in the post but the photo sold me on bobbin the 5 ton over the deuce. With that in mind I have the following questions.
1. I am a little lost over yall's concerns...
Hee, Hee, I had the same problem 30 years ago. I had oil everywhere. Oh the memories. Definitly a gasket problem and I still remember that in my case I put the gasket in wrong. Glad you got it fixed. Yep the boss was mad at me took hours to clean up .
