So thinking about replacing glow plugs myself. Found a really cool extractor tool from Blackdog Customs. They have a really good video also. Just wondering though---should i loosen glow plugs a little before i put the extractor on it? Are glow plugs usually hard to remove? Any help would be great.
Yea I replaced the thermostat and checked the Cadillac valve by unplugging it. Fan engages when I unplug it. When it heats up though it will not come on.
temp where i am at is 40 in the mornings and 60 or so during the day. Even though the wait light takes a minute---it does crank very well once i crank it. Maybe i should just leave it alone?
