I( am on family land that goes back 150 plus years and had to fight the "bullet train" several years ago. WE WON and had a 36 square mile area dclared a rural historical district. The latest round of train and highway BS was just defeated.....it was a close call.
I defended my country...
I have been looking at the remanants of the existing bundles and you sure are right. I think I will use the old bundles as a template and just go from there. I can wire lights etc as 12 volt and kee[ all the other stuff in a box if I sell the truck to a purist. I just don't want to make it...
Both! I was thinking about redoing the old harness by duplicateing the old wireing but not sure about where to get connectors.
I have a bunch of cut wires from the original harness and an almost complete bundle from another truck,. It doesn't look too complicated but just wondering...
How do the serial numbers work. I have a 52 XM211 # 2742. Is the numbering started on the contract date, the year, or the month. 2742 is kinda low and the lowest I have seen on the site but I am kinda new at this.

What other region on...
Just for the record..........Modern farm diesels are made to burn cleaner fuel and much less of it. Those large tractors are used in LARGE fields and produce less emissions than their replacements as well as more food per acre at less cost.
Those farmers markets might produce great veggies...
Are there any other "official" colors besides OD or Tan? How about Airforce blue ? I saw a Navy grey deuce once.
I am planning to use military colors but want to stray a bit and get original.
kinda like AF blue.
Good buy.
I just got a 52 gas model and am not very concerned about fuel prices. Just use the thing for turning a profit and the customer pays the fuel ........ besides there are plenty of civilian trucks that get the same mileage and are used in business.
I will "work" mine on a farm and...
Well deuce fans. Igot one. After a few weeks of reading this site, and every post, I got a heck of a deal. I bought a 52 XM211 for scrap metal prices and also the right to salvage all the parts I need. Take off an old part and trade it for a good part from among a half dozen parts trucks...
