The ride is a world of difference for street drivability. But I understand where you are coming from. If I were to really air down and tackle serious terrain, I would 100% do a different wheel and tire combo. But for what I use it for it will be fine.
We cut the original mounts off and put those parallel steel pieces in its place
Here is the rear. Custom cut aluminum plates replace the original ones and we used mounting hardware every 6 inches
After the Final Assembly, we brought it to get aligned, added a few shims to get that camber out of the rear and have been enjoying it since. Only a few little tweaks here and there. Cruising speed is 55 and it drives like a dream, very tight no shaking no bouncing. Now to take it offroad and...
