I used 30" steel line on one side and 40" steel line on the other side. The 40" was pushing it , causing me to relocate where the "T" mounts by about 2". These lines were 1/4" O.D. Carquest made up the rubber lines and I think they were about 27" longand had a fixed fitting on one end with a...

I replaced lines from master cylinder, back (both rear axles). It only took less than 3 quarts to flush system.

Where do you install the hoses on the block ? Looks like one goes just behind the top radiator hose, was wandering where the other went ? Thanks Chris

Who has dot 5 for $30 a gallon ? What would happen if you mix Dot3 and Dot 5 ?

I have replaced my brake lines on the rear axles. I know the military used dot 5 and its expensive. Can i use dot 3 ? What are the negative attributes? How many quarts will it take to bleed and fill the system? Thanks Chris

I have just purchased a m715 with the stock 6cyl. and have found it is getting gasoline in the oil ??? I am assuming it could be bad fuel pump , needs carb rebuilt or rings are bad. How can I locate what the problem is so I can fix it??? :confused: thanks !!!

The make is Mercedes, 1967,mileage is 12,000. The model says PM. It looks like a large 4wheel drive truck. The bed looks like it has drop sides.There is no top over the cab. I know nothing about these trucks . I thought it looked cool and was thinking about buying it. They are asking $8000.00...

I got the same stuff alfa heaven sells. The store near me probably sells the paint you want at the same price you can pick it up at your store. Call them up and see. If there is a considerable price difference , we can work something out.
