Too true! I've had my deuce for about 10 months, and just won a trailer. But I'm definitely feeling a 900 series 5 ton. A 925A2 oughtta do the trick (for awhile). LOL:grd:
A needle gun will remove paint pretty well on the heavier pieces like the frame and bed. It's probably not so good on the lighter metal of the cab. It won't make dust and the flakes are easier to clean up than dust. Follow with a light sanding and wipe with a solvent,and you're good to go. I...
Can't help with the sandpaper source, but a needle gun will make life much easier on some of the thicker metal parts like the bed, bumpers and frame. Dont know that I'd use it on the cab sheet metal though.

There is a clip on the back (as you are looking into the door from the access panel), it is circular with a rolled edge and a spring retainer on the end of the pin.
For less than $50 in parts from Lowe's, I installed a vent system in my deuce. It stopped a leak in the right front axle seal, and one in the transfer case. The trans case actually puffed at me when I took the vent out. The hole in the axle was 1/8 NPT. I used 1/4 poly ethylene tubing like...
