And this is the link to what little info the rod hall racing website will give out. This is all I have been able to find on the web about the rod hall hmmwv suspension. Im trying to find a tm for the m1025a2 with a parts list.
Here is a link to some procurement docs, I have not had time to sift through it, but i guess the rod hall upgrade is in here.

Has anybody on here ever watched roadkill? Ha ha ha! Im always down for an adventure! If i could get mine road legal i would sure as he11 be driving it home!
Im still waiting, I sent my euc both fax and email. Its been a month so far. I never though I would be itching so bad to get my hands on a hummer. I hope this suspension is worth it.
From what i have been seeing, they were all rebuilt between 04 and 08. So far all have the non turbo 6.5's. I might try to pick another one up too! Let's keep this between us! Lol! I have been waiting 3 weeks so far for the EUC to clear so I can go get it though. Chomping at the bit a little.
Good info! It is clear from all this, military vehicles are exempted from the standards for the life of the vehicle. They have only segregated the m151 and hmmwv as a "policy" not a law. So someone somewhere made that policy, which is not enforcable since is not a law. Which is why that guy won...
Yeah, maybe if I was a weak minded hippie that would blindly obey. I will move out of New York to a free state where i can register and drive it.
Good info NDT, makes sense they would swap out the goodies to the new trucks. Which is why i didnt ecpect is from the gubmint. Someone was actually...
Right, because in the end, they just dont want to do it, and we all know New York government doesnt need to follow the laws like everyone else. Just like they banned ar15's based on feelings, they are doing the same thing wish scary "assault" trucks. It took me a while too to register my first...
I did some quick interweb searches and saw a slantback in the pics. Tonight I was digging deeper and saw the actual trucks pre stripping. Makes you wonder why they had to strip the doors, seats and side rails to be "de milled" would be nice to have those x doors back! I would like to put it back...
Actually thats who I did end up calling, the state inspector for custom built vehicles. He was a total prick, and flat out refused any reason. Said it was a manufactured vehicle and does not fall under those rules. I am going to call some local politicians amd see where i get with some...
They are obviously two different trucks. My 1088 i had registered, she warned me they were starting to come after MV's of all types. The HMMWV I just bought cannot be registered in NY at all.
The DMV in Dunkirk. Mine is a 94. They guy from albany was a complete Richard. He was offended i even mentioned the word hummer. He said they would NEVER register a number, because the gun was too short. I said, a lot of classic cars have a much shorter gun. Then he said it was because it dindt...
I wasnt aware of what a gem these thing were! We had M998's mostly with steel welded to them in the Marines. These Special Forces M1025 A2's have a winch, hard top, and a ROD HALL SUSPENSION!!! Though, i am having a real hard time finding much info on them i hear they are night and day better...
