I towed a deuce and this will sound crazy with an f350 dumptruck and some 3/4 inch chain, I wrapped it through the front clevises and the pintle hitch and chain hooks on the rear of the dump, it worked in the rain with speeds up to 30mph on empty straight backroads, I charged the the deuces air...
I've got to build something like that at my place just smaller and I'll Use galvanized pipe with ends in concrete buckets. SOme welds too.
Plans maybe later
any permanent tank or combination of that equal 119 gallons or more requires a license with a tanker endorsement. Any temporary tank or combination over 1000 gallons requires a tanker endorsement.
You will need a CDL at that point, class C at the minimum with Tanker and Haz-Mat endorsements, else some serious fines and jail time. That is if you are planning to use on public roads(including for farm use). You will also have to placard all four sides of the trailer with the proper flammable...

Also personal preference with all crimpers, is not to get the cheapo stamped steel models and get the forged steel, or die style crimps, which have a much better end result. THe only pair of stamped crimps that I have ever liked using were made by Klein tools
If you were closer I have crimps that do up to 00 Gauge Cable. Above 00 gauge I do my connections with one shot welds, which are a copper thermite welding powder.
Of course I have the equipment that costs $200 plus for crimpers because I do this for a living.
