Make sure you glue the seal and retainer in place. grease the seal lip. Pack grease behind thrust washer too. I had the same trouble to but after i fixed it this way it stopped leaking.

Bleed brakes. 5 dot fluid. extra person to pump peddle, funnel to add fluid.

Easy. unbolt, new gasket, re-bolt, check for oil leaks. Go.

I just changed the shocks on mine and it made a difference in ride and wear. Both shocks were flat. Any body need a very used set of shocks?:wink: Free to good home:-P

You have a inner seal leak. You will need a few tools to repair. 1 -3 inch socket, 1- 1/12 socket, Jack, a few 1/2 sockets 1- slide hammer, 1 set of rear axle puller tools, 1 inner seal, inner grease seal, outer grease seal, 1 boot if needed, tube of silicon, 1 wheel cylinder rebuild kit, just...

Get a good welder 220. 110 is a little weak for good welds on the thickness of this trailer.

Pull the pan and look for chunks. you can pull the lower caps and look at the bearing. At the most you will have a idea of whats going on.

Cool, I just had the oil changed and they over filled it by 3 qts, Lucky for me the engine has a oil release valve on the oil cooler it so I was able to drain the oil out.

Get new ones. E bay, Od Iron ect.

100 dollarman is da man. I got 3 good tires and rims for 100 bucks.

Something may have fallen in the return tube from the turbo. I would replace the pump with a new one just to be sure.
