Outstanding!
Yeah, kinda odd where they do the joins within the harness. There are a few in between the 2 pigtail ports. It makes toning things out a bit more challenging, but still doable. The M1167 I am working on currently had the main harness cut between the 2 pigtails in the nose-piece. It...
Toning out the wires from the pigtail connection with a multi-meter is the easiest way to tell whats what. Just reference the diagram for the letter on the pins.
Still waiting on the prototype. They said it may take up to 2 months, but production should be a fairly quick turn-around. I'll update this thread when I hear any news.
I've been working with Champion the last month or two to get an aluminum aftermarket replacement in production for the ECVs. They are currently building the prototype, and should be in production shortly after the prototype passes. Unfortunately that may not help you now, but help is on the way...

I just picked up a M1167 and found out the front wire harness for the lights was cut just before the nose/hood. Looking at the wiring diagram, I shouldn't have much of a problem toning out the 8 wires on the end that goes towards the nose/hood, but does anyone have any tips on how to tone out...
Can anyone tell me what the approximate wait time is for EUCs to clear lately? The last one I did was 2020 during peak COVID times and took about 80 days.
