What kind of primer did you use Nick? At work we were repainting a "BUNCH" of HMMWV FLA's and we had a heck of a time with using the white Epoxy primer the Govt. specd. finally quit using it.......problem solved, you couldn't beat it off with a hammer!!! LOL...
