Looks good, are you happy with the power increase and did you have any specific struggles bolting up the 6.5 turbo to the 6.2? This is next for my M1009.
Sorry Evil Dr Porkshop, I thought I was safe as the rules state its ok to post about items for sale if its in an attempt to help another member. My bad.
Thanks, I wondered if the 6.5l injector pumps timing or fuel metering would be different and might give more power. I've got turbo muffler and a k&n on mine and picked up some cool black exhaust tips off summit racing, sounds great! Just needs more thrust!!
Speaking of gasser hot rod mods got me thinking about a couple. I'm curious if any of this would help;
1. 6.5 ip and injectors
2. Underdrive pulleys
3. Headers
4. changing the theromostat
I have no diesel experience, yet. But have other hot rod experiences that these bolt ons would produce...

I won a M101A2 on GL last week and just picked it up yesterday. My original pintle was gone so I picked up a replacement at Atwoods and bolted it up. Road tripped my M1009 from Tulsa OK to Ft. Chaffee AR to pick up the trailer. It hooked up and it towed like a dream. It would go 65mph on...
RE: Hmmwv tires on M1009
@beltfedonly: I have been debating on the 4 or 6" lift to run the 37's. Yours don't rub with the 4" lift? I has thinking of a 4" lift then do a 1" body lift, if they rub. Nice looking truck!
