edpdx, expanding foam holds water so I would not recommend using that because it will rust very easily

Just replaced all the glow plugs with ac60g's without a problem, already had different spade connectors on it but had two different types of glow plugs.

16. Everyone gives your crap about the engine, the way it looks, and how comfortable it is, but when there stuck in a ditch and you pull up, there thankful.

Replace the thermostat running a lot cooler now. Next thing on the list is glow plugs and belts.

Just an update it turns out the starter bolt did break off and they already got new starter bolts and installed them, when I go to pick the truck up I'm bringing the bracket and bolts and am going to help install them.

Once I get it back I plan on putting the bracket on and getting new starter bolts

Go kneel down get a flashlight and start pulling out fuses, and checking them. Maybe use some electrical contact cleaner to clean the whole fuse box. This happened to me and I believe it was the engine control fuse in my case. there is a diagram of the fuse box somewhere. Just search for it...

My truck still started without odd noises, and drove fine so I'm kinda confused that the starter could move that much yet still work.

I need some advice I installed the manual switch and I can hear the relay click but the wait light doesn't work with the manual switch but works with the controller card. I know that the relay is clicking but it sort of just bugs me that the wait light doesnt come on and if any of u had advice...
