Price being no object, which one would you run? (coilovers that is)

New site looks great, wish that I had come by you sooner! Will the FOA coilovers fit the same mounts as a King coilover? 2.5" remote res.,12" travel. I set up my Chevy for Kings, but the FOA's sound pretty good.

Thanks, I wish that I had purchased my axles for my other project from Offroad Fabworks. I wouldn't have had all of the problems that I did with USA6x6.

I didn't know that there were Deuce wreckers. I had a 5 ton wrecker in the military and that was a lot of fun. Would have been great doing this project. My bottle jack has gotten a workout.

I don't know about a speed rating on the tires. I've heard people taking their trucks up to 80 with these xzl's (not on a deuce) My deuce was running 63mph with 11.00 r 20's at 2600rpm. With the 53" xzl's I haven't turned it over 1900rpm's so I don't know what top speed is yet. Needs clutch...

No they haven't gotten any better. I ordered rebuilt and shortened axles for another project that I am building along with the wheels. Axles were supposed to have chrome moly lockers, they came with mild steel lockers (I paid for chrome moly). The 4 wheel disc brakes weren't set up correctly...

Is this a direct swap? Clutch, driveshaft and everything? I do need to put a clutch in immediately, but I don't have enough 'road' time to see if I still need or want the overdrive.

There are a lot of discussions on this site about putting power steering onto a Deuce using a power steering gearbox from a 5 ton or f700 or something like that. You would need to make a column though for the box sitting on the lower frame section to make the hookup to the axle O.K. The wheels...

I believe that the only bumper height restrictions apply to vehicles under 5000lbs. Please correct me if I'm wrong. I know that there is a headlight height restriction of 53" from center of headlight to the ground or less that I need to address. I am, however, going to be putting another bumper...

I have 7, 11.00 R 20 Goodyear tires on Deuce wheels that are going with me to the rally if no one picks them up first. Excellent condition.

Yeah, I figured that if I don't get any bites before then I will just take them with me to the rally. Does anyone know what a set of 7 with very low miles should go for?

I used a torch to cut off the rivet heads then used it to blow out a little of the shank inside. Then immediately use a air hammer with the straight pointed punch to hammer out the rest of the rivet. (Don't do this at night if you have neighbors, it really ticks them off) For the driveshaft...
