I wouldnt say a backplane is bad unless it is damaged.... i would remove the command coupla, disassemble, clean inspect, assemble then go test again. i had a red headed step child 805b that was..... difficult, throw faults, wouldnt run, finallyremoved everything from backplane, looked at it...

So, how many of us actually use nsn any longer? if we can use a few name brand filter pn, then the user can take that number to their parts house and it will cross to what is on the shelf i know it goes against what i said earlier, but a few numbers is easier than 60 different pn for 1 filter

Correct, will not run without mpu connected. Mpu controls fuel actuator did you check fuse by voltage regulator? Do not bypass fuse even for testing only.

Also check big fuse next to voltage regulator behind control panel

Correct, injector pump side of motor, mine needs adjusted, target is 2.5 to 3.0 volts

Did you check magnetic pickup? Have you tried bumping the start switch again after the engine is running? Also called modified start sequence.
