    M1009 What Part is this???

From the pic it doesn't look like a factory AC air box. I'm betting this is a (Nostalgic AC Kit). I've seen some M1010's on the government auctions that were retrofitted with them buy the military.

    Fuel leak / starting issue

Replace ALL rubber fuel lines, and recheck your filter fittings. Did you use thread sealer on the fittings? Also a neat little trick is to temporarily replace the return fuel line with a clear hose to show if any air is entering the system. The (return line) is the short hose coming out of the...

    Wait to start light mod

Well if you feel you really need a light. why not have it indicate the FULL warm up cycle. And go off once the high idle turns off.

    Wait to start light mod

Agree with (cucvrus) & (tow4). Keep it simple so it can be easily serviceable. If you've done the Dog head relay mod (like you should have). The voltmeter will drop and there will be an audible "clunk" when the relay engages.2cents

    Sqeaking Poly Bushes?

Off road design makes a set of greasable leaf spring bushings. I installed a set of energy suspension poly bushings on my front leaf springs a few months ago. And as of yet I haven't had any squeaking. But if it becomes an issue I my swap out to the ORD ones.

    Sqeaking Poly Bushes?

Poly bushings will squeak if you don't grease them. New ones usually come with a packet of grease.

    E-charger bolt on hybrid system...(Video)

Ahh it's working on my end? It's an electric motor that bolts to "any" engine and is belted to the crank shaft. It acts as a power adder.

Run Block Heater 6.2L all the time?

Agree, as long as you have a good, fresh, 50/50 mix of antifreeze. I see no reason to use the block heater unless you know your going to drive it.

    Uneven brake pad wear

I think I know how the water got in. About a year ago the master cylinder cap developed a leak, and it took me a few tries to get it fixed. However I think you may be right about the flex lines (Rustystud). Ever sense I did (what turned out to be) 4" lift on this truck, the front flex lines have...

    6.2 Cam Replacement

Don't worry, you needed to do the head gaskets anyway. These are 30 + year old trucks, the head gaskets are crusty and would probably fail anyway.
