Try Speedometer Gear, Speedometer Gears, Ford, GM, Dodge 700R4 .
Scroll down to GM/Ford/Dodge Ratio Adapters. If you still have your old adapter laying around the ratio should be stamped on it.
A good transmission shop can build you an adapter with nearly any desired ratio though.

Since this thread comes to life again and because i can't find it already mentioned, i want to say that old/bad king pin bushings and springs could cause dw as well. If worn or when mounting oversized tires the original setup isn't enough and you should give more preload by adding a washer...
Already talked to Kert. He said it is possible to use ez and shim together but they avoid it if possible and they suggest welding them together for additional insurance. That's why i would get some other oppinions.
Of course i could have asked this on ck5, but looking at the thread here with...
Sorry, think I had to be more specific - i do have zero rates in the back (with 1"offset) so I'm quite familiar with that. ;-)
What interests me is if there's not too much move in this setup (zero rates plus shims plus leafs). I'm in the need of 10 degree shims, 1" of lift and 1" offset for my...

Very nice setup! Truly love that rear bumper.
A few questions though: tires are 39.5/16.5/16 right?
Are the zero rate and the shim welded together on your front springs? Any steering/driving issues? I also have plans to go with the DIY4 front kit and 52 springs. Did you do any mods to...
The valve on the return line on top of the ip could be clogged. This sometimes leads to strange things on the engine. Early pumps do have an internal seal that dissolve. The small parts plug the return valve. There's a transparent spring loaded ball inside the valve. So without any dirt in it...
Now that I'd call a pretty nice modification. [thumbzup]
How difficult was it to install and where did you get the headliner - LMC? Maybe it also helps as a sound deadener.
Looking at your dash it seems civvy too (heater/defroster thingy on the passenger side).

Irrc the newer engines with the one piece rear main seal do have a different oil pan design which will not fit the CUCV 6.2l engine. A motor out of an older HMMWV's shouldn't be a problem though.

Nice Setup! :!:
2 Questions though:
- is there an electrical connection on the fuel/water separator to work with the dash "water in fuel" light?
- does the filter have a heating element like the box type?

On my truck a somewhat flashing low coolant light is caused by oxidation. Sanding the tip of the sensor (located on passenger side of radiator half way down with a yellow (?) wire helps a lot. Another thing are the grounds between chassis, battery and engine.

Have manual glow plug operation (without after glow) for years now and all I can say is that a rough idle after start up is mostly due to fuel delivery. Temperatures get as low as - 20° Celcius here. Smoke is another issue though . . .
