    haha yeah that sucks. That happened to me before i was all set for an f150 and got tires exhaust a plow and the guy was like oh i just traded it in.

    a cheap way to do it is to cut out the damaged piece and clamp a rubber hose on perhaps a fuel hose because its braided and stronger.

    haha i think i agree with johnfire. I think just keep it up on normal maitenence and it should be fine. I havent worked on too amny of the older diesels, but your from tennasee so you have less chance of it rotting out like i do
