Yeah, plywood would ( wood?) be easy but I donno. Kinda want something else. I'm fussy, but not sure why on this. Keep the suggestions coming, I'll decide on something. Thanks for the idea's.
I'll be installing my inverter generator, my solar hot water system, BBQ grille and chair storage. Underside will be the black water tank, spare tire, and tool boxes. Will have folding side entry stairs too.
Buttoned up some of the deck framework that I started yesterday. Just used some small 3/8" bolts to set it up, will be using a mag drill in a couple of weeks to install more and larger bolts. I like how it came together.
At least four reasons for the fixed deck. Will be partially enclosed, roofed and screened. Can access the door without doing anything. Also will be for bulk item storage. Plus, when I'm pulling the 105, I can leave it hitched and use the deck and stairs without extra effort.

I'm running a 14000 btu unit, largest I could find that runs on 110v and is portable. Also is a heat pump. Cools from an interior startup temp of 98F down to 73F in less than 15 min. Box is heavily insulated though. Been accused of building an ice cream truck. Plus the solar panels shade...
Thanks RS and AA. The larger one is a military issue 36,000# 8" made by Warn. The little one is a 13,000# 6" from Smittybilt. They call it a 36,000#, but marked 6.5 ton. I called and asked about that, they say breaking point is 36,000#. That ain't a 36K block in my book. So I kept it, and...
Mostly finished up last weekends project on space making. finished removing the tree stump but had to get the gas chainsaw going to do that. Did all of the previous tree work with an electric. After new fuel lines, took all of a minute to do it. Then built a new ramp that now hinges up to...
