probly not , you want them red hot them soak them in WD40 or a better product. repeat a few times and if they arent rust welded in they might come out with vise grips if there is enough to grab. try to find a LH drill bit also , sometime they come right out.

Heat the entire area red hot and douse with you fav penetrating oil. The heat will draw in the oil . It is smoky but it works good. I vote pipe wrench. I worked for my Grandfathers machine shop for 7 years and removing stuck fasteners was one of my specialties. - A
i am in CO now but I dont have any tires left. in this pic the tires are all 11.00s. I founf 2 of the 325s and run them on the back. I dont have any good pics of it in that configuration. - A
I run them on my beloved 81 1/2ton stepside with a ford high pinion 60 front with 4.56 gears and an ARB locker, hydro assist and crossover steering.
