On the identification data plate it says: 41208033 116170 No contract number. The truck also has a NKOZPN-72 0539-15897 Can anyone give me a build year?

I can drive something if needed. I have driven Sandcobra's duece. I drove it at Durhamtown this year.

I don't have a vehicle but I plan on being there with Atomic and Sandcobra to do whatever needs doing.
